He is gold-medallist graduate from NLIU Bhopal; a qualified Advocate-on-Record, Supreme Court of India; and has over 13 years of experience in advising and representing both Indian and foreign clients in a diverse range of areas.

He primarily focuses on disputes resolution and arbitration in respect of complex civil and commercial disputes, with a specialization in inter alia contractual disputes, securities laws; writ proceedings & other civil disputes; white-collar crimes including those related to the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 etc.; shareholder disputes including oppression and mismanagement; environmental law matters; and pre-litigation and arbitration. advisory work, including in the Environment, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) arena.

• Advising Dhamra LNG Terminal Private Limited (DLTPL), the owner of an LNG Terminal at Dhamra Port, Odisha on inter alia various EPC contracts.
• Advising and representing an association of private mills, U.P. Sugar Mills Association, on inter alia challenging the implementation of a state policy by way of writ proceedings instituted before the High Court of Allahabad.
• Advising and representing The New Yorker, a reputed international magazine and multi-platform publication, in a civil defamation suit before the Saket District Court, Delhi.
• Advising and representing JSW Group before various forums including High Courts, National Green Tribunal, Supreme Court etc.
• Advising and representing the court appointed Administrator of Delhi Gymkhana Club before various forum including Supreme Court, High Court, NCLAT and NCLT.
• Advising and representing the board of directors of IL&FS and its group companies in multiple proceedings before National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Delhi High Court, the Supreme Court of India and regulatory authorities.
• Advised BCCI and thereafter the Supreme Court appointed Committee of Administrators in relation to the cricket reforms matter. Advised and assisted the Committee of Administrators with implementation of the Lodha Committee Reforms including drafting and implementing the new constitution of BCCI.
• Represented BCCI in various matters including proceedings initiated by cricketer S Sreesanth.
• Advising and representing the Shapoorji Pallonji Group in connection with a corporate/labour dispute presently ongoing before the Supreme Court of India and providing strategy and advice regarding the further course of action.
• Advised and represented Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation in arbitration proceedings against various construction contractors.
