- Advised targets/ founders on their financial investments / acquisitions (I) Big Basket and its founders in the acquisition by Tata Digital Limited and advised Big basket in its various financial rounds of investments (Series C to F) (ii) Dealshare in a Series E round led by Falcon Edge, Kora, Adia and Tiger Global, (iii) Shadowfax in a Series D round led by Flipkart, (iv) Qure.ai in a Series C round led by Novo Holdings and Healthquad, (v) M2P Solutions in rounds led by Tiger Global, Omidyar Network, (vi) Toppr and its founder in the acquisition by Byjus.
- Advised Blackstone group in its (i) investment in Embassy Tech Village and stake sale of the same to Embassy REIT, (ii) acquisition of commercial office spaces (for forming joint ventures) from Sattva group and Panchshil group, (iii) acquisitions for operation of data centres from the Panchshil group.
- Advised conglomerates in their investments – (i) Aditya Birla Fashions and Arvind Youth Brands in their respective fund raises from fund raise from Flipkart, (ii) Tata Digital in its investment in Curefit, (iii) Adani Enterprises in its investment in Cleartrip.
- Advised Magna International Inc. in its investment in Yulu Bikes and setting up a JV with Yulu Bikes in India. Advised Magna Yulu JV in its investment in Grinntech.
- Advised Fireside Ventures on its investments and divestments in a number of consumer brands, such as Mamaearth, Yoga Bar, Boat, The SleepCo, FableStreet, Vadham Teas. Advised Fireside and Elevation in their exit from Yogabar to ITC
- Advised RPSG on its investments in True Elements, Mcaffeine, Skinkraft, Mom Junction, Stylecraze.
- Advised Falcon Edge in its early-stage investments in Entropik and Lucidity.
