• He has represented the BCCI in many high value domestic and international arbitrations involving franchise agreements and media rights agreements in relation to the Indian Premier League.
• He has acted for foreign banks and financial institutions in many enforcement actions in India arising from a structured transaction involving cross border funding received by Indian companies both in the form of debt and equity.
• He has been involved in many cross border and domestic shareholder disputes including those involving oppression and mismanagement and arbitrations across various sectors.
• He has acted in various writ petitions and public interest litigations in relation to environment pollution, tenders for public procurement, construction/infrastructure projects etc.
• He regularly advises clients both Indian and multi-national in connection with regulatory disputes arising from securities, foreign exchange, and development control.
