He advises domestic and international clients in infrastructure space on construction and development contracts for a wide variety of infrastructure projects being developed domestically and overseas. He regularly advises developers in the aviation, road, renewable energy, construction industry and OEMs on various construction and commercial contracts. He also advise banks and financial institutions on financing of complex infrastructure projects.

• Advised Yamuna International Airport Limited in relation to selection of EPC contract and sub-contractors for various packages in relation to development of greenfield Noida International Airport at Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.
• Advised Delhi International Airport Limited in relation to selection of EPC contractor for development of Phase 3A of the IGI Airport. Advice included drafting of bid documents, Conditions of Contract, Employer’s Requirement, responses to bidder’s queries and negotiation with the selected bidder.
• Advised Alfanar Group (e., the biggest main contractor for NEOM) for the project, NEOM City (The Line), KSA, to develop, engineer, construct and maintain 5 large construction villages for NEOM city.
• Advised Micron on fiscal support agreement with Government of India and EPC contract for contract for construction of semiconductor facility in Sanand, Gujarat.
• Advising Larsen & Toubro Limited in relation to the contract management and dispute resolution under a contract for design, engineering, procurement and construction of India International Convention Center at Dwarka, New Delhi.
• Advised GMR group in relation to selection of EPC Contractor for the Bhogapuram International Airport.
• Advising Envision Group in relation to WTG supply agreements for more than 2 GW wind power projects to be developed by multiple IPPs in India.
• Advising Amplus group in relation to various EPC contracts for setting up of grid connected, rooftop solar power projects.
• Advised WEBUILD S.p.A. on replacement of JV partner for development of Bandra-Versova Sea Link project (India’s largest road bridge project) and drafting and negotiation of the EPC contract.
• Advised international banks and financial institutions for financing availed by Delhi International Airport Limited and GMR Hyderabad International Airport in relation to expansion of Delhi and Hyderabad Airports.
• Advised Yamuna International Airport Limited in relation to achieving financial close for the Noida International Airport.
