• Welspun Logistics Parks Private Limited in relation to leasing of built to suit industrial warehousing spaces in favour of Delhivery Limited in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, Instakart Services Private Limited (Flipkart) in Unnao, Uttar Pradesh and Ecom Express Limited in Farrukhnagar, Haryana.
• Jindal Realty Limited in relation to multiple transactions involving sale of its land assets aggregating to about 173 acres in and around Haryana to various prominent developers.
• Max Estates Limited in relation to its acquisition of ~ 7.15 acres of lands situated in Gurugram for purposes of setting up a commercial project, and ~10 acres of lands situated in Noida for the purposes of setting up a residential project.
