• Advised WestBridge Capital on its investments in various start-ups across industries, including Healthians (a B2C medical services platform), Vedantu (a B2C education services platform), Sustone Eduversity (a venture in the education sector), Bizcrum (a B2B e-commerce marketplace for leather goods), Otipy (a B2C fresh foods e-commerce platform) and LeadSquared (a SaaS provider entity).
• Advised the Creaegis Group on its Series B and C investments in MedikaBazaar (an ecommerce marketplace for medical products).
• Advised Dunzo (a B2C e-commerce platform for groceries and essentials) in raising its Series F funding round from internal as well as external investors, led by Reliance.
• Advised the Bessemer Venture Partners and SIG on their investment in NovaBenefits (an insurance e-commerce platform).
• Advised Premji Invest on its investment in LambdaTest, a US incorporated entity with an operating subsidiary in India, engaged in SaaS business.
• Advised the Good Glamm Group on its 100% acquisition of ScoopWhoop Media, including structuring for regulatory concerns and providing post-closing support.
• Advised Alexander Mann Solutions on its 100% acquisition of a division of ABC Consultants, an Indian HR solutions provider.
• Advised Dassualt Aviation on its joint venture with the Reliance ADAG Group, to set up a manufacturing entity in an Indian SEZ.
• Advised The Boeing Company on its joint venture with a Tata group company, in the defence and aerospace sector.
• Currently advising SAMHI Hotels a 100% sale of the company to a private equity investor.
• Advised various clients in the e-commerce space on structuring around foreign investment related restrictions, data protection, privacy and intermediary liability.
