Advised Advent International in relation to its investment of Rs. 2,475 crores into Apollo Healthco Limited, which operates the Apollo 24/7 platform.

Represented the Embassy Group in the sale of its Embassy Splendid TechZone project to the Embassy REIT. The aggregate consideration for the transaction was approximately INR 1,269 crores. The project is situated in Chennai.
Represented the Embassy Group in the sale of its Embassy Business Hub project to the Embassy REIT. The aggregate consideration for the transaction was approximately INR 330 crores. The project is situated in North Bangalore.
Represented Samunnati Financial Intermediation and Services Private Limited, an agri-focused NBFC, in relation to its acquisition of Kamatan Farm Tech Private Limited. This was Samunnati’s first acquisition, and an all-stock deal.
Advised eBay Inc. in relation to the sale of its entire shareholding in eBay India Private Limited to Flipkart Singapore.
Advised the Embassy Group in relation to its joint venture with Taurus Investment Holdings to develop an SEZ project in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. The aggregate deal value was approximately INR 900 crores.
Advised com, Inc. in relation to its acquisition of Emvantage Payments Private Limited, a payment gateway operator. This was Amazon’s first acquisition in India.
Advised com, Inc. in relation to its minority investments in Housejoy.com and Qwikcilver Solutions Private Limited
Advised Goldman Sachs on the sale of its entire stake in City View Properties Private Limited to the Embassy Group and the Blackstone Group. City View developed the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences in Bangalore.
Advised the Qatar Investment Authority in relation to its investment in certain commercial office projects of the RMZ Group, and the subsequent exit. The aggregate deal size was approximately USD 300 million.
Advised eBay Inc. in multiple rounds of investment into Jasper Infotech Private Limited, which operates the website snapdeal.com. The aggregate investment by eBay was approximately USD 100 million. Also advised eBay on the divestment of a part of its stake to Alibaba and Foxconn.
Advised TVS Supply Chain Solutions Limited (formerly TVS Logistics Services Limited) and its promoters in relation to an investment of approximately INR 250 crores by Kohlberg Kravis & Roberts and Goldman Sachs.
